Contract Surveys and Inspections, formed in 1997, is a full service commercial and residential surveying firm. Our staff consists of three Registered Land Surveyors licensed to perform surveys in Tennessee and Mississippi. Our field crews and survey technicians are equipped with the latest equipment available to insure the accuracy and timely delivery of surveying services demanded by today’s residential and commercial projects. Contract Surveys and Inspections provides surveying services to meet the needs of contractors and developers as well as providing services for engineering and architectural firms.

These services include topographical, boundary and foundation surveys as well as site plans, and construction staking associated with commercial and residential developments.

Contract Surveys and Inspections also provides surveys for lending institutions to be used for the closing of permanent and construction loans.
